To Tom’s list I’d add Picnik.com, Fotoflexer or your favorite online photo editor.

More efficient PPT reviews?
This looks like a nice way to review PowerPoint content with SMEs, stakeholders, etc.
Set a “freeze date”, upload your PowePoint file, send invites to review and then sit back to watch the feedback roll in. I’m looking forward to trying this out.

compfight + a flickr search tool
Compfight has just rolled out a nice update to their flick search. Personally, I have much better luck searching flickr with this and it has a Creative Commons (CC) search built in.
