As usual Tom has another great post. Many of these I’m already using or something very similar.  If you’d like to explore these types of tools further check out Jane Hart’s Top Tools lists – one for learners and another for learning professionals. 

To Tom’s list I’d add Picnik.com, Fotoflexer or your favorite online photo editor.
