Free Microsoft Elearning Authoring Tool: Create Your Own E-Learning

image Has anyone seen this and tried it out yet? I notice it does NOT work in Firefox, but it looks like it MIGHT be worth a look. Can anyone comment on this either way?  Good or bad?
