Tony Karrer has posted a list of learning communities. A few on LinkedIn and Ning; a couple email lists. These look like pretty good places to start if you’re looking for this kind of stuff. I’m already following most of these but there’s at least one that I’m headed to check out.
Although it’s tied to a particular vendor, I continue to sing the praises of Tom Kuhlmann’s excellent blog. It has great info that’s applicable regardless of what tools you use to design learning.
