Hi! Thanks for stopping by. Born with a life-long passion for learning, I have the great fortune to work at the intersection of learning, design, technology & collaboration.

In addition to learning, I love helping others do great, fun and cool that bring out their inner rock star. My personal tag line – “Ask. Learn. Share.”  – is reflected in my Learning Resolution post.

I’m energized by breaking the ice and connecting with other people and enjoy speaking about learning, visual design, e-learning, performance improvement and anything else that can relate to those areas. Check out my Speaking/Presentations page to get an idea of what that looks like.  I am also a huge advocate of narrating your work to share and help others do great things!

There are so many aspects to learning and training that I am passionate about. The biggest one is to get the best result as efficiently as possible. In short, this means that all things being equal ‘less is more’!
