Who?

My name is Mike Taylor. I’ve been working in the workplace learning field for over 20 years now. To me, the most important thing in any organization is learning. Learning is the ultimate competitive advantage!

What?

I do three main things that you’ll see on this site. I curate a weekly newsletter, write occasional blog posts related to learning, design and/or technology, and share my thinking and resources around a range of speaking topics.

Why?

I’m a huge believer in the idea of “the more you give, the more you get”. The origins of this site is embedded in my tagline “Ask. Learn. Share.” Ask a lot of questions to help you learn new things and share what you learn so you can help others.
