They talk about the challenge of finding a common starting point for learning when people are at so many different knowledge levels. I would agree that there is a lot of training that “jumps ahead” and leaves the learner struggling to catch up.
Their ‘’plain English’ videos are a great example of one approach for getting learners up to some minimum level of knowledge which will make the learning more effective. What are some of your ideas for this type of thing?
