…one of the real problems in explaining subjects is that people assume too much about what people already know. Their explanation doesn’t account for people who are new to the ideas and have major knowledge gaps. They start in the middle of the scale:
They talk about the challenge of finding a common starting point for learning when people are at so many different knowledge levels. I would agree that there is a lot of training that “jumps ahead” and leaves the learner struggling to catch up.
Their ‘’plain English’ videos are a great example of one approach for getting learners up to some minimum level of knowledge which will make the learning more effective. What are some of your ideas for this type of thing?

Yes, I certainly agree that plain English videos is one of the effective way of learning.
I would also add that hand craft videos will also help tremendous ranking.
